Network Admin in Tampa Bay Area.

Novell Server (approx. 150 workstations/clients running Win95/98).
Linux Server acting as proxy/firewall for internet access to clients.
Win NT Server hosting several web pages for company.
Assist with IBM AS/400 management.

All systems are networked together and access different databases on each of the servers.

+Provide all support for all employees (150+) regarding all uses of networked computers(Word processing, etc). Responsible for all systems, hardware, software purchases, etc.

No assistants, secretaries, etc...

Just looking for an approximate figure based on level of technical expertise required and amount of responsibility given.

depends, what is YOUR level of expertise. 🙂

would you be the one responsible for all those systems. It looks like a fairly low-level job, except for that AS/300 thing. IBM mainframe administrators (if skilled) == big bucks.

if you don't know the mainframe stuff, I'd venture to say $40-45k/yr up in MN. But, thats w/o knowing crap about that posistion. 🙂
