I suppose I could go cheaper and eat a bowl of raisin bran or a tuna sandwitch or something, but I want hot food.

but if you're tight on money, ramen noodles from a chinese supermarket. $0.40 plus an egg... cheaper than any of your options. yum.

A box of 36 was about 5$ at the local discount grocery store, WinCo.
