How much should a good PSU weigh ?

I would definatly avoid that PSU..very cheap, and 580w with only 19a on the 12v rail? I have a 350w with 26a on the 12v rail in comparison..when looking for a PSU, looking at the wattage alone isn't enough, the 12v rail is basicly the most highly used rail, used by CPU, video card, hard drives, optical drives.

I personally wouldn't trust the shipping weight, try to find actual specs for the PSU in question. Also, although weight is a good indicator of quality, you will be better off sticking to quality brand PSUs.

Price is another fairly good indicator of quality. That said, this PSU will obviously not actually supply 580 watts of power.

echostar doesn't sound quality at all. antec, fortron, ocz, pcp&c all get my vote. i was surprised the first time i held my ocz in my hands...it's extremely heavy and well-built.
