How much shoudl I pay to get a new muffler welded?

I just want the basic no frills muffler, my current one is welded or I would do it myself. I got a quote of $90 from one shop, that was the lowest of the 3 I called. Should I doit?
 
Thats really not bad, when I had some tips and a replacement muffler I wanted welded to steel I had already shaped and bent myself (of my many strengths, welding is not one so I simply take that shit to professionals) they charged me $75.
