kl++ has the option to block the RIAA IP addresses among other things. but if you are really scared use irc or bittorrent.

btw, the university of texas has a policy where it will completely protect you from the RIAA under most circumstances.

How can they possibly know which IP addresses RIAA uses. They can easily have their ip address changed.
