How much room Left?

I got a corsair 750tx. Its got 60 amps on the 12v rail i believe.

my system:
stock e5200
g31m-es2l
4 hard drives
1 cd drive
stock ATI 4850

approximately how much amps i got left on the rail?
i would like to power a car head unit and mono block amp with 20A x 2 fuse so i need roughly 40A-45A@12V

If i remove the 4850 and replace it with an 8400gs or even on-board GPU how much would that help?

What if i team a couple of generic PSUs.

Thanks for your opinions.

my main concerns are

1)whether power supply teaming wit high current diodes would work or voltage may be to low due to diode voltage drop or some other problem as a result of teaming.

2)would 12v be to low compared to the 13.8v in a car system. may be i could use a car audio capacitor to improve voltage.

another concern of my is if i splice the necessary terminals to turn on the power supply with the pc of but still connected would that affect any of the components? would they draw power?

LMAO

it may sound simpler to just use a car battery and charger or even a powerful enough DC Power supply, BUT:

1)car batteries are expensive and have a limited recharge cycles
2)DC converters are costly( 55% tax is added to it compared to 0% on a PC PSU)<--my country (TT) new to the whole I.T. Era thats why.

Yeah, but since it's obviously not going in a car... why not just build a normal home stereo
