How much RAM will Vista 32-bit support?

It depends on how much address space Vista needs for your video card and other components, but most likely somewhere in the neighborhood of 3-3.5 GB.

Yeah, my video card has 768MB, so probably only about 3.2GB. Is the ability to support more RAM the only difference with Vista 64-bit?

With SP1, it will See 4 MB, but actually use about 3.5 at the most. Is 4GB better than 3 GB in that situation? Probably, but not a whole lot.

There are a few minor differences (mostly relating to security mechanisms) otherwise they're the same.
