How much PSU do I really need. help please

Hi All, I"m building my first box and this one is going to stay awhile. the components consist of
3.0 P4
dvd burner
dvd reader
gforce 6600gt
3 HDD"s
onboard audio/lan
pci firewirecard, if not the mobo

pretty basic stuff, mostly for gaming at night while internet and database processing in the day time. I don't something to run a space shuttle just something to keep the system running 24/7 stable.
Thanks in advance for your info.

PS. should I just buy the case with the psu or seperately. if so case recommendations are welcome to . price is an issue, but I wan't quality so I'm willing to be flexible.

After a bit of looking on newegg. I found this case w/psu seems pretty good all around and price is good too what say you guys ?. not sure what soho file server is all about this is just a home gaming system.

Power supplies supplied with cases are generally of lower power. Personally, I bought a case without an included power supply and bought a higher powered PSU separately. I agree that the Antec 430W will probably serve you well
