How much power would be required of these two systems?

Right now I'm using a generic 350W in System 1, and need to get one for System 2. Preferably I'd like to get an Antec for System 1 and bump my current PSU down to System 2, but I'm curious as to how much wattage I'd need in each case.

Radeon 7200 VIVO (looking to upgrade though)

System 2

AMD Duron 700
2x 128MB (Crucial 133 ECC/Generic 100)
WD 20GB 7200 IDE HDD
8MB Rage-era video (can't remember exactly - will edit) (will bump down Radeon if I upgrade)

Standard Keyboard
Standard Wheel Mouse - PS/2

For System 1, a good quality Antec, Enermax, Sparkle, Fortron 350W PSU would be just fine. System 2 would be fine with your current generic 350W, but again, a quality 300W PSU would be great

I also plan to overclock System 1 to 3200 speeds... Would a 400W be better suited for that and a newer video card (GeForce4 Ti4200-era)

A quality 350W would be more than enough, even with a Ti4200.
