Lite Powers aren't very good. Manufactured by Solytech (who?), no efficiency certification, 2 year warranty. In the GameDude online store, the selection is quite poor... I'd just get a Corsair TX650 or GS600, most likely. If you can find 500W Seasonics or Antecs in-store, go for one of those.

Regarding your other components:

If you are not overclocking that much, the H100 was a poor investment. The Sabertooth mobo is not worth what it costs, it's really just a 150 usd board with a thermal armor gimmick and a couple more years of warranty slapped on. Any chance you could return these so you could spend the money on something more important?

16GB RAM is overkill for gaming but fine if you edit HD videos or do something else RAM intensive.

If money is tight, it's fine to go for the 3570K instead of 3770K. Unless you frequently do heavily multithreaded productivity or something like that, you're unlikely to notice much difference.

Do you have a case?

vcard im not to worried about

and yes i edit HD vids and 3d model + play games not that u realy need anymore that 8 gig of ram for these new games and apps

my second question is....is onboard audio worth keeping or do i get a sound card?...ive forever used onboard

Yeah that's still a lot for a board. You can get decent SLI/Crossfire capable boards for as low as 139 AUD, see here

That's not overclocking. The CPU will run at 3.9GHz with boost by default on the stock cooler. The H100 can overclock it to something like 4.5-4.8GHz

Depends on your speaker setup or headphones and how much you care about audio quality
