How Much Power is Needed?

I'm building a box with two 866 P3 processors, Tyan motherboard, 512mb ECC RAM, 4 hard drives (3-7200, 1-5400), 4 fans, sound card, NIC, & an ATI Radeon graphics card. How large of a PSU do I need? And what type 7 how large of a UPS should I get?
 
I was planning to buy the Antec SX1030. Or should I go with the SX1040?

**Note - Tyan makes a few dual processor boards for Intel chips too.**
 
Id go with a 400 watt PSU for future upgrade paths.. Dual processors take lots of power in themselves.
