Looks like the difference for your 5v rail is because some reason or another your 12v rail is divided a little high, but, it's in good specs. I've seen worse, with out any problems. If you want perfect specs on your rails find an electronics major at one of your local technical colleges (at least end of 2nd year), he/she shouldn't have any problems equilizing the dividers from you ps, as it's a pretty simple procedure as long as you know what you are doing. The other possiblity is your hardware monitor my be fibbing a little. have you checked your rails with a good dvm?
