How much power for a Duron 750MHz @ 900MHz?

I had it set at 1.60Volts, and it seemed to run fine, but when I tried to reformat, it wouldn't work. Now I set it at 1.75Volts, just to be safe, what do you guys recommend?
 
Go to 1.85 you can simply hit 1GHz
Find the good heatsink. try to control temp as low as you can,
any below 50'c will be consider 'SAFE' ?
