How much power do you need for SLI?

I'm thinking of SLIing BFG 6800 GTs on an ASUS SLI Deluxe mobo. Would a 450W Modstream do? Or should I go higher?

I'd go for more if you are going to overclock. Also check the amperage on the 12v rails. Additionally, I'd go for dual 12v rails, I think the modstream has it but im not positive.

Sorry for sounding like a noob, but what are the 12v rails?
