How much power do I really need?

Right now I have a 350W Antec True Blue (yes, I know), but I am about to add a lot more components in. My question is how much power/amp to run a P4 2.8 HT, 2 SATA HDD in RAID 1, 3 HDD with one running the OS, an AGP PNY GeForce 6600GT video card? I do not play games and nothing is overclocked.

Here are the specs of my current PSU.

What is your budget? And I have a question, if you don't mind. And it is absolutely not with the intention to flame or anything. But is it a budget issue? Because in all honesty, I have two PSUs just in case. I might not even need two, but the power is there if I upgrade and put more stuff in. So why go with the minimum. I used to have power issues with Enermax 460w PSUs (not their fault at all--they were excellent PSUs, I was just overusing them like hell), so I went dual, and then got a UPS to clean the power going to them. Never had issues after that.

My budget would be around $50, but this isn't really a budget issue. Or perhaps it is. I just had my Radeon 9800 pro fail on me and I just got in on the newegg 6600GT deal. But if I am fine with my current PSU running all the components I listed above, then I won't make an unnecessary upgrade. However, if people tell me otherwise, I wouldn't mind shopping for a PSU that can handle more.

I just want to be cautious before I power everything up.

The 350w Antec should actualy be enough. I had a 2.8ghz prescott overclocked to 3.5ghz, with raid-0 raptors, and a 6800GT overclocked to ultra speeds running on a 350w Enermax.
