Damac....... I know how you feel. I'm down too around 215 and I hope too get to around 200. Everything in moderation I guess :cool:

Hey Damac, how tall are you? I'm 5'10, I used to weigh around 265, (I was/am a fat bastard:)) then I started dieting and went down to about 205 in about a year. Now I'm creeping back up to where I was, which pisses me off. Now I'm at 240. Damn yo-yo dieting! After Thanksgiving I'm gonna get back on the diet plan.

I would say an extra large King Arthur's Supreme from Round Table.

That's the max that I ever ate and was at a lan party a couple of years back.

Now, it's probably 8 slices from a large Dominoe's pizza (doesn't matter on topping). This was from a lan party I was at a week ago.

I am 5'11'' and a male of course. I was fat all my life. In all my little kid pictures I had fat and was chunky all over(stomach, thighs, butt) and will turn 25 in december. So I believe unless you have some medical condition you CAN lose practically all fat all week long if you do some cardio and most importantly weight lifting! Right now I have underlying muscle everywhere and have this small pouch of fat I can pinch all over that I need to get rid of. I did it through diet and exercise and slowly took off the weight averaging just over 2 pounds/week weight loss over 8 months. I don't have extra skin or stretch marks either. Definately you have to include all the elements and stick to them or you'll screw it up. I actually want to get definition and don't even know if its possible but currently I'm still losing weight each week by keeping the intensity up in exercising so I'll come to that road soon. But I think if you can lose the fat and build muscle once you get to a certain point the profile will show through. Its basically all about building muscle, burning fat/colories through cardio, and dieting which is lots of healthy foods, not starving and creating a calorie deficit for the day, resting, and consistency.

I've eaten a whole medium sized Pizza Hut pepperoni pizza more times than I should admit. About an hour after a triathlon in New York I ate 8 slices of pepperoni pizza.

I also entered a sorghum biscuit eating contest in North Georgia. I ate 15 and got a t-shirt. The winner ate about 30. You had to dip each bite in sorghum molasses, which impairs digestion considerably. I was sick for about 4 hours after.

I am a piglet, not a pig. But porcine nontheless. :p

Edit: I was about 225 in February of this year. I started running a lot, lifting a little, biking some, and cut way back on my swimming. This morning after my 5 mile run I'm at 192. My long run is 10 miles. I'm going to 15 milers in two weeks. I am going to get really skinny because I'm too old to carry all that weight around. I haven't been under 180 since I was 18, but I'm going as low as I can.
