How much performance to expect by altering CPU voltage?

I've been fideling with my CPU/memory a while ago.
Stock is 166, and i got Samsung PC2700 ram, rated 7-3-3-2.5. Heres what i got:
1) when oc'd to 175 FSB, got +350 CPU marks, and +250 memory marks.
2) when oc'd to 195 FSB (CPU voltage not altered, multiplier changed to 11 instead of 12.5). got +280CPU marks and +600 memory marks (memory was ran at 8-3-3-3), resulting in a total of 6650 CPU, and 5350 memory marks.

Was running altered (added Arctic Silver, and a 6000 rpm fan) stock heatsink, the t's i have under load do not exceed 48, and are 42 idle. So my qustion is this: of i change the cpu voltage from 1.665 to 1.775 (or whatever it is) just how much performance am i to expect? How much t increase?

Thanks.

lol
a ricer comes to mind 😛
anyways, increaseing voltage wont increase performace at all unless incerasing voltage is coupled with increaseing the fsb and once u reach max fsb, increasing the multilplier
