How much of the Red Cross Donations actually go to relief and not administration?

If I donate lets say $100 to the Red Cross Relief Fund, how much of it actually goes to the people and how much of it will go to the Secretarial and administration? I want as much of my money to help out the disaster and families as possible.

As a volunteer for disaster services, I can assure you they use your money as efficiently as possible. At least in my chapter they do.

Edit: Much of the administration is made up of volunteers as well.

The American Red Cross used only 5% of their income for administrative purposes for 1999, the most recent year I could find. What makes that even more impressive to me is the fact that they must maintain their organization in a state of readiness at all times.
