How much of a difference with Dell SXGA+ Display

I'm going to get a laptop for my wife to use and am looking at the Dell E1505. The display upgrade for the SCGA+ is $100 and I'm wondering if it will make much of a differnce for her. She will use it for surfing the net and emailing mostly and will probably not use it for more than an hour at a time. Will the display upgrade make much of a difference with such light usage?
 
I went ahead and just ordered it.....deep down I knew I was going to order the better display anyway.🙂 I started reading some reviews after posting this and it sounds like the better display is well worth it.
 
Cool! This is our first laptop. With the deals going on with this setup I didn't want to pass it up. One thing that really surprised me is that Dell gave me free shipping and I'm on an overseas military base. It is very rare to get that when we can only get mail via USPS. I'm looking forward to getting it and trying things out. Now I just need to find a wireless router to go with it. I'm sure I'll be posting about that on the networking forum tomorrow.....too late now....eyes closing......
