How much more?

I just upgraded most of my components and here is what I currently have:

ASUS A8N32 SLI Deluxe
AMD 4400+ x2 ADV /w Zalman CPNS9500 LED
OCZ Platinum XTC 2x1GB PC3200
ASUS 7600GT /w Zalman VF7000cu
WD 80 SATA
Antec P160W EU Case
480 W PSU

I have tried cracking at oc-ing my CPU and I got to the 2.51 atm but I am sure this baby can do it better than that

Currently I am running HTT 4x, mem 166 mhz, fsb 265, mp 9.5x, vcore 1.425

Taking the fact that I am a noob when it comes to oc-ing, I am sure there is another approach at this that I am not seeing and that could oc this baby at least 2.7 ghz

My oc-ed temps are 33-34 idle and up to 51 under load, when playing BF2

Anyone has a better idea or approach how to get more juice out of this cpu?

I would greatly appreciate it

Memory is running at 166 and timings 2.3.2.5 1T (default timings) and stock voltage
I haven't even tried cracking at all the bios options ofr this board since there are many of them

Since you temps seem to be pretty cool at the speed you are running now, I would try upping my Vcore to 1.45V and see how much more headroom you can gain. My 3800X2 o/c'ed to 2.5Ghz with 1.42V easy, but I needed 1.45V to reach 2.65Ghz. If you are going to go much higher on the HTT, you might want to drop the multiplier to 3X to keep it around the 1Ghz mark.

I believe the ADV (89w) will oc higher than what you have and w/ less vcore.
What stepping is that? Mine can oc to 2.9ghz w/ 1.425v and 2.7ghz only needs 1.375v
try to break-in the chip first by stressing cpu at lowest stable vcore. lets say 2.4ghz and 1.25v vcore for couple of weeks normal usage and every once in a while do 2-3 hrs of prime. then gradually increase speed and vcore and repeat the process. Don?t rush to overclock to highest and high vcore. this is not healthy for the chip and may not be as effective as slow increase as described above.

1st how do you like that motherboard. I am thinking of getting the same one.

2nd no one can really tell you how much more. There is too much to depend on.

I am able to hit 2904 @ 1.40V... If I was you I would play with the Volts but I would not go over 1.50V. Each chip is different..
