How much more speed?

How much more speed will I notice with two SATA150's in RAID 0 vs just one drive?

Depending on your type of usage and programs you ran. Typically, RAID will shine when transferring large files. A single hdd will always have faster access and faster transfer with smaller files.

I would personally go with RAID 1 if I was doing two drives.

Loading of RAW Digital Pics or Video is great for RAID 0. loading of OS, is poor
