how much more power does an O/C cpu draw?

a while ago there was a link to a site in which you plugged in your base cpu and then what o/c parameters you were using and it churned out the change in the wattage drawn by the cpu now.

can anyone recall this site or list any other that looks at similar things
just wonderring what temps o/c 2100+ will run at [i know it depends on the hsf in a rig, but it should serves as some comparison!]

I think most of the temp change comes from how much you adjust the vcore.
