At Hynix they gave me a modest raise after a year, but the initial salary was good enough I didnt need it.
Then we went out of business.

At Tektronix they refused to give me a raise and the salary was low enough I couldnt afford to stay in Beaverton anymore. So I left.

no raise for 1.5 years now, 10% pay decrease for the last 8 months. Remind me why I'm still here?

~35% in 10 years. Not that great I guess, but not horrible. Most of that was in the first 4-5 years though, been on a freeze since then.

Started just over 3 years ago at $15/hour, I make $19/hour now. So like 26% more I think?

I make less now. Started here 2 years ago, and we had a mandatory 5% pay cut last year. We also had 20 employees last year, and are now down to 11 - still waiting for that stimulus package to kick in :)

Practically nothing, but I've only been here since early 2008, so that's to be expected. I got a 2% raise after one year and no raise after the second year. I'm just glad to have a job and no pay cut!

6 years, 41%. Basically started as a fulltime intern at the lowest job level that paid and gradually rose to the salary of my peers (I would assume, I haven't asked).

Been here three years. Had an across the board 5% pay cut ~1.5 years ago and that's the extent of my salary changes. It beats the 100% pay cut several people got but still sucks.

2 years. Up about 9% ($3500) and about to get another 4-5% raise.

Will still be significantly underpaid even when the raise takes effect.

Not bad if you average it out to 3.5% per year. The last 2 companies I worked for only gave out a 3% increase per year unless you promoted.

OP, you should consider the fact that some people stay at their jobs for a LONG time. With me it would be almost 600% over many years ...
