How much more comfortable are MS natural keyboards?

I'm feeling a tingling in my left arm and I'm paranoid with carpal tunnel. Will a natural kb help?

the tingling in my wrist went away when i switched.

now a regular keyboard feels too cramped.

I think if you dont play any computer games then a natural is the way to go. Its much more comfortable to type on for extended periods of time. That being said, I hate playing games on it because it limits how many keys one hand can reach.
