How much money would it take...

We were having a discussion in Psychology about how much money it would take for someone to strip in front of class, kill somebody...

So i figured with so many eye-for-an-eye vigilante's here i'd ask:

How much money would someone have to pay you to kill a complete stranger?
a criminal?
a friend?

and for the sake of impossible situations lets say you could get off scot-free.

personally for a complete stranger i'd have have to take at least 1 million.

Stranger=$500,000 (no women or kids)
Criminal=$100,000 (women possible under special conditions)
A Friend=$1,000,000,000 (I would love to say I would never kill a friend, but for a cool billion they would have to die)
