How much money have you spent on your console?

I was thinking about this when I bought a new game and decided to check. For my ps2 I've spent $47 for 2 games.
For my ps3, on retail boxed games, I've spent $140 (8 games). On psn downloads I've spent $15 (3 games). And for accessories I've purchased one additional controller at $25, an hdmi cable ~$4, and component cable ~$4. Total of $188.

Just wondering where I stand in comparison to everyone here (I'm betting it's on the cheaper side).

Hard to say, but for this generation:

Xbox 360: 25 games * $60 + Rockband instruments $200 + MS points $150 = ~$2000
PS3: 5 games * $60 = $300
Wii: 3 games * $40ish + Wii fit = $220
DSi: 8 games * $20 = $160

I have another 5 360 games plus Rockband 3 instruments, 2 PS3 games, and a few Wii games on my wish list. Overall, this is my cheapest hobby considering that it spans 5 years.

got LBP and R&C:TofD asa bundle with the PS3 and picked up GOW1&2 with a $10 coupon. Ihave GT5 preordered, that'll increase the amount spend by 300%.

Kind of estimating.... I'll use $60 for XBOX games, but ignore things like DDR pads, GH/RB guitars and such to make up for the fact that I didn't buy all of my games at $60 price point (not to mention, some are CEs/LEs which cost more).

XBOX 360: 64 games * $60 = 3840
PS3: 6 games * $45 = 270

Hmm I might need to even out that 360 amount a bit more... or perhaps play some of those games haha.

I have 30 Xbox 360 games, roughly 450DKK (~$78) per game here -> 13 500 DKK (~$2350). DLC for some of them, some XBLA games too.

I also bought 2 extra pads (killed one, don't ask ). The steering wheel from MS too. Also the Guitar Hero bundle (2 guitars, drums and mic) - that was 800DKK (~$140) I think for the GH bundle.

Probably just under $3000 in total without the console. Man... that's a lot. And I don't even play it anymore (since I got my new Radeon). Purchased a lot of games on Steam after that... Yeah, well... Everyone has a hobby, I guess

More than I want to think about. I probably have in the ball park of 28-30 games for my PS3, including stuff from PSN. I also bought a Dual Shock 3 and an el-cheapo Nyko guitar hero controller. Plus I spent $200 getting it fixed after it YLODed.

Mind you that's spread out over three years. I've got a whole bunch of games I really should get rid of.

Cripes, I couldn't even begin to tally it. Just for the 360 alone I have over 100 games. Some purchased at $60, lots in the $20-30 range, others for $10. Average price maybe $25? Then extra controllers, instruments, etc. Add in other consoles dating back to the 2600, I'm sure I've spent $10,000.

Not much, got my PS3 3 years ago almost, and only have 4 or 5 games for it. Most I bought when they went cheap, so maybe $200-$300. Bought one Dualshock controller for $55, bought component cables ($40) when I first got it. I'm using it primarily as a Blu-ray player, hell, watching the entire last season of Lost right now.
