I'm guessing I could snag around 500$ for it on eBay or whatever...

what do you guys think?

500$ would go a loooong way to improve my new build.

Nice..

You know, Macbooks are crazily overpriced for what's inside them; but damn if they don't have the best ROI out of any "high end" laptop out there.

You won't get nearly as much money trying to sell a similarly priced and much higher specced Sager as you would with a MacBook Pro.

Yes that is true, i personally however would rather have the Sager, but my focus is gaming, and OS X/Macbook hardware, is NOT game friendly. The only Mac i have ever considered buying is the 17" Macbook Pro that just released today with the HD 6750 GPU and Sandy Bridge i7-2720QM, Load that up with windows and that is a decent gaming laptop, however the $2,499 price tag isn't too appealing.
