How much math did you take in college?

I applied for a job with the FBI awhile back and today I got an email asking for a copy of my transcripts showing 30 hours of math. I'm curious what the average person graduated college with.

I never graduated college. I did, however, complete calculus and differential equations, with good grades.

Finished Calc last semester.... 3 credit hours of Math total. However, depending on my decision, I might be taking two more classes... Calc 2 & 3 which will be 6 more credit hours.

When I applied the description seemed to be more the systems side than the analytical. It'll be interesting to see where this goes.

30 semester hours in a combination of mathematics, statistics, AND
computer science. (15 of the 30 semester hours MUST have been in
any combination of statistics and mathematics that included
differential and integral calculus.)

The website says 15 hours of math... and when you add in CS classes it must be 30.

Basically when I took engineering you could have a 3 credit class that took up at 5 or 6 hours a week. So a class is 3 credit hours even though you might have a 2 hour lab and an hour of recitation on top of the 3 hours of lecture. This is one of the reasons why engineering classes were so different from the non-engineering classes at my school. You could have 18 credits and be in class 18 hours and another person with 15 credits would be in classes for 30 hours.

Edit: On the flip side, aside from a trillion lab fees, it's nice that they did it this way so you weren't billed more for classes. I guess they'll change that soon .
