I am exceedingly thrilled that after having it for around a decade, people are finally discussing my signature.

^ I still don't get the sig, please explain why this works this way.. something to do with the square root of 2 (obviously) but after that...

As it's written:

(1/2) / (sqrt(2)/2) = sqrt(2)/2

Which simplifies to:

1/sqrt(2) = sqrt(2)/2

Isn't it going to be random coincidence for a number that goes on forever?

That depends on the person. Some people don't believe in coincidences. They think the creator of the universe is trying to tell them something in an exceedingly subtle way. You know, instead of just coming out and saying "Yoo hoo! Here I am!" Which, if you can create a universe shouldn't be too difficult to do. But then you can't really spell difficult without the word cult now can you? Hee hee hee ha ha.:D

:D It's much more confusing with the decimals.

Yes because I was like:
0.5/0.707106781187... = 0.707106781187...

hmm that looks like
0.5/x=x
but how can that be?
Typed it into a calculator and it's true...

Then I thought wait, that 0.707106781187...number looks familiar...

My IQ is 104. Did they test your IQ formally and can you share the score here? I'm assuming it's below 100. If it's above 104 then I have a problem. My score is from a written test in the military (U.S. Army) when I served years ago. You mentioned your IQ earlier so anyone thinking I just brought this up out of the blue that's not the case.
mom says I was tested at 126 right after my fourth birthday; but I don't know what the test used was so it was probably just something like the Otis Lennon School Abilities test if I scored that high. In June 96 my verbal iq was tested 48 points higher than my performance IQ (WISC-III) and it said the VIQ was nearly in the superior range so I am guessing 118 or 119 verbal and 70 or 71 performance (was never told the FSIQ but surely it was below the 50th percentile). In may 2012, I took the RIAS and got 84 Verbal Index, 74 Nonverbal Index, and composite index was in the borderline intellectual functioning category. I didn't get a scaled score higher than 41 on any subtest.

i am guessing I could take the WAIS-IV and get like 70 full scale IQ. My childhood and early teen vocabulary was really the only thing that made me seem intelligent, but that's long gone. Since Arabs and Romans (well their descendants anyway) have long narrow heads, they have excellent vocabulary, but poor working memory and poor perceptual reasoning. OTOH, those with an unbroken line of matrilineal Ashkenazi/Khazar descent tend to have broader shorter heads which means they have mediocre verbal skills, excellent working memory, and excellent perceptual reasoning ability. I fall into the former group.

Op, if I may make a suggestion:

Take up gardening.
It's a nice outdoor activity that has nothing to do with psychology, economics, or politics.

I think it'd be like a much needed semi-daily vacation for you.

Whoa take a step back there son, you need to check if his head is the correct shape for a gardener. I would imagine if it is shaped like a cucumber he will be fine but if it is shaped like a turtle he would probably prefer bobsleighing.
