How much less electricity does a PC in STANDBY mode use than a fully powered up PC and monitor?

I have read that a PC and monitor average about .20/kWh to operate.

Any idea how much electricity for a PC in STANDBY?

CRT monitors use ~4w or so. I don't know what my computer or my LCD uses.

Depends on the PS... it should say on the manual of both monitor and computer.
