How much leg room is there in a 67-68-69 Mustang?

Cool, what kind did you have?

I've got a "Gone in 60 Seconds" woody for a GT500, but the 9 miles a gallon thing is kind of a bummer . . . 😉

LOL, good luck finding one. I had a '68 coup. Before 68 the engine
compartment didn't have enough room in the hood for a bigblock without
modifying it, or so I've been told. I swapped in a
351cleaveland motor, built, rotating mass spun balanced, shot-peened
rods, bluprinted, large Lunati solid lifter cam. In a race I ran the
motor to 7000 rpm. It had a close ratio top loader 4 speed with
racing clutch and scatershield bellhousing. fiberglass dual scoop
hood, look alike shelby rims. Disk brake conversion, I had the
fenders tucked and flared to accept a bit bigger tire.

Was a very fun car, sold it to buy a truck and boat. I've been thinking
of looking for another one.

Yeah, I don't think I would end up getting a GT500 . . . but a coupe in decent condition would be all right.
