I'm selling my old computer (finally) can someone give me a ball park figure of how much they think it's worth?

Case: Chieftec Server Chasis (Similar to Antec SX1040)
3 Fans and Rounded Cables
MB:ASUS CUV4X (VIA 694XDP)
Memmory: 512 Crucial Pc 133
Processor: P III 600
Video Card: Leadtek GF4 Ti4200
Hard Drive: Maxtor 60 Gig 7200RPM
Hard Drive: Maxtor 15 Gig 5400RPM
Network: Linksys 10/100 Ethernet Card
56k Modem...forget the brand.

The Ti4200 is worth more than anything else in there. I'd say about $300.

If I were you, and you needed a 2nd computer (I am assuming you have another), I'd probally part out, selling just the Motherboard, Memory, and the processor. Replacing those 3 parts with much newer ones, you'd be spending some money, but you'd have a pretty quick computer. A nforce2, AXP1700+, and some 512mb of DDR should cost you about $200.
 
If you split that apart, you could probably make more than 300...

But good luck since this is getting locked soon...

Thank you for not locking this thread.... surely it's not true you would lock a thread like this which discusses the value of General Hardware

Oh yeah, forgot to add to the topic of concern, 😕

I wouldn't accept a lo-ball offer of $200 or $300 for that system. The video card and HDs add more value than that.

If I couldn't get $450 or better, I'd donate it to a church and write it off as charity on my taxes.
