how much do you guys/gals think this comp is worth...im considering buying it (its used), currently, its at $600

Not worth 600 at all.

Couldnt give you an accurate figure but its not worth 600.

its got a DVD burner, tho, those can run 200+ alone.

its used, but it looks nice.

The vidcard is aging. In fact its pretty much obsolete now. You can pick up a geforce4 for cheap now what with the new radeons beating nVidia's pants off.

I'd say try and talk him down to 500 or even(as a long shot)450, but do buy it.

For $600 it's quite nice. You'll have to upgrade only the video card. I say go for it, it's a killer deal. 640MB of RAM! Holy Jeebus H. Christ! And a DVD burner.

The DVD burner is the only thing that might be worth keeping.

I still dont think its worth 600 at all.

I could build something much better for 600!
