What kind of printer do you have and how much does ink cost for it and how many prints can you do per cartridge?

Sending them to wallyworld won't give you the control you get doing it at home... Up to you.

The best papers are $2-5 per 8x10" sheet.

what the hell have u been buying? i bought epson premium glossy photo paper in 50 packs for like $20 (or around there).

but if you dont plan to print many, i suggest going to walgreens. i think it's like 24cents for a print on one of their machines. standard size though.

If you're only going to print a few pictures then take your media to Walmart or CostCo B&M to print the pics.

Otherwise get a quality photo printer (I recommend the Canon i560, i860 or i960) and some Kodak premium photo paper.

CostCo B&M had 150 4x6" sheets for $19.99

yeah, Costco is like 0.20 a pic. And the quality of the pictures is really good. Plus you won't have to waste you printer ink :D

That's pretty much the key. The printer manufacturer usually makes the best paper by matching the chemistry between ink and paper materials. I have a Canon and haven't found a paper close to Canon's own Photo Paper Pro quality. They're about $1 per sheet for 8x10.
