How is the common retail value for the Intel D815EEAA Desktop Board, and for a boxed Pentium III 800Mhz?

I have an oppurtunity to get a bundle of the two for $199 plus tax and shipping, and I wanna know just how good of a deal that is
 
You're probably getting a good deal...the chip itself would most likely be in the $200-250 range, and the board, although I don't know about that specific board, would probably be worth at least $50.
