How much is my laptop worth? Considering selling

The specs in the link above does not completely matches that of my actual machine, since mine appears to be an older version. The part # is PPR10U-04M817, and the differences are AFAIK:

P-M 1.0 GHz instead of the ULV 733 (1.1 GHz)
Windows XP SP1 instead of SP2

It originally came with 256 MB RAM soldered on-board, and I added a 512 MB stick to the only slot for a total of 768 MB.

I got it in May 2004, so it's almost 3 years old. I paid about $2000 for it. I'm curious how much it'd be worth nowadays if I were to sell it?

on specs alone, i would say probably ~400. thats based off of current sale prices on similarly configured or better laptops, and taking into account that the laptop has been used for 3 years.

this is my personal opinion, others may think differently. the 12" screen may make it more valuable.

f1sh3r's guess is spot on with ebay's completed listings, which is sad. People will see the specs and not really appreciate how small and thin it is. you should give it to a kid if you have one or try and sell it locally.

That *is* pretty darned sad. Oh well, guess I'll be better off just keeping it and playing around with it. Maybe put Ubuntu on it or something =D
