how much is doom3 worth?

I like D3 quite a bit actually, IMO, its definately worth $15. I think sound and graphic element work very well together, perhaps better than any game I've played.

If you have the hardware it is worth the $15 IMO. If not, save the $15 for something else.

I found it interesting for the gfx. Other than the begining and ending portions I found it mostly repetitious. I found the cramped spaces a bit frustrating. I'm sure I'm NOT a very good FPS player, but I got tired of having my movement sooo limited in try to dodge fireballs or whatever. I'd get hung up on pipes etc.

I'm keeping my copy (I finished D3 some time ago too) cuz I wanna put it back on sometime in the future when I upgrade gfx cards and see what, if any improvement I see.

Had I gotten rid of my copy, I don't think I would repurchase it. It has little or no replay value for me. By the time I get another gfx card it'll prolly only cost $20 new anyway.

I'd put the $15 aside for Riddick or HL2 or some other game I'm interested in.
