How much is a two month Asus a7a266 board worth???

Ok, i want to ask you guys how much you would pay for the asus a7a266 board when its two months old??? I used to have some problems with it not booting up but in the past month or so nothing of this sort has happened to me so i'm guessing its fine now. Let me know...

If your looking for a number, I would say in all honesty say $40-45. If your lucky. It is not a popular chipset and not a very good performer to begin with. But to build a cheap PC for a child or someone who doesn't do gaming or photoshop it would make a nice board. But its not popular by any stretch.

A self -healing motherboard? That should be worth it's weight in gold!

Seriously, the Ali chipset it's based on has been problematic for some. (I know, I had one). It also is slower than the KT266A. I would say slightly less than the lowest priced KT266A from Shuttle or similar. Maybe $70-80. But maybe you'll get lucky. Some people love that board. You could post a note in one of the Asus newsgroups or in the Asus forum at amdmb.com .

That pretty much sums it up, it would need to be cheaper than a K7S5A to sell. I'd say right around $40 like classy said.
