Where I go here in Orlando it is $150 sign up fee + $83/month for a family. Since my wife and I have no kids we are paying that for just the two of us. It is pretty expensive (we were paying half that at Bally's) but the location and cleanliness are worth the extra money.

$60 per month in Columbus, OH. Had to pay $80 the first month, but that includes the $20 set up fee, and then the first month. Not too bad.
