$14 here. :| I go to a mom&pop shop for $3.75 ... and they suck. I don't want to pay > $10 for a trim job though. Supercuts at least have hot looking stylists and they actually listen to how you want it done. ... the haircut, that is.

Off of SE 82nd Ave near Eastport Plaza it's either Great Clips or Perfect Look, think the $5.99 price is good through 7/31.
