How much is a good PAINTLESS dent removal place?

I've got light hail damage on my three week old Accord. Damage on the trunk, rear quarter panels/C/A-Pillars, roof, and hood. It will be taken to a good shop, just wondering how much am I looking at? My insurance will cover it and my deductable is $250. I'm sure it will be more than the $250, but I want to know by how much. I'm in Oklahoma, the land of hail/tornadoes/death.

Anyone done this recently?
 
Only 2-4 dents per panel...and they are very small. That's why I didn't notice them until today - it hailed on Thursday.
