Whats the best way to evaluate the value of a domain name? I own MEDIACENTERZONE.COM and MEDIACENTERZONE.NET.

I'am trying to find out what they are worth. Do you guys know a good place to check. Is there place i can check how many times a specific keyword (or keywords combination) is searched for in different search engines.

I bought these domain names in hopes of starting an actual useful website while i build my own media pc. Well, all that takes waaaaaaaay to much time, and finishing my engineering degree has to come first.
