How much is a conroe mothboard going to cost me?

Is there any information on how much conroe mothboards will cost? Other than the most expensive ones? Can I get one for under $150 that can overclock or is there no info on this until launch day, thanks.
 
Will I be able to use a Pentium D with a conroe motherboard just in case it's impossible to get a Conroe for a while?
