Depends on how badly it's needed does't it? If you are in an emergency, it might be worth $20 or $25. If you just want to stock a spare, then you'll be willing to pay less.

Are you selling a spare chip? I would charge $10 for the spare, but I gave my 2 extra chips to my buddy when he bought my stuff. You gotta do right by your friends.
