How much is a 3 bedroom house with 2 baths?

here in S. Cal, it ranges from 200,000 closer to the desert and further east to over 1/2 million in the more desirable areas.
I remember a very nice 4 bedroom 2 story house for 10K in Arkansas about 8 years ago.


so how are things in the rest of the country?

In wil. NC depending on the sq/ft and area it ranges from 80's to 200's. Some higher some lower but those are extremes.

here it depends on the area. Good areas they can go for around 150K. In the not so good areas around 60K

well my house is a 3/2, i rent it for 950/mo, but its appraised at ~95k according to the leon county website (tallahassee, FL).
were u to buy a new one here, in the nicer areas, it would be from 150k and up

One right around the corner and is asking $515K and will probably sell within the week. About 10 miles NW of Boston. That is why we are leaving this state in the summer.

Here in Port Moody (Vancouver area) B.C. Canada I just bought my 3 b/r 2bath town house for 150,000. But it needed a lot of re-decorating and it's 24 yrs. old. I love it though!

:Q Around here the old ones go for maybe $40,000. Newer homes maaaaaaaaaaaaaay go over 100k, but nice ones can be found cheaper. I do live somewhat in the boondocks though.
