How much headroom should I have for this build?

Hello. See link for the build. PCpartpicker says it needs 469w. How much headroom should I have? Would a 650w be plenty, or should I go with 750w?

Also, are there any disadvantages of going with the 750w if it isn't needed? Besides price, of course.
