How much for to replace a side view mirror on a 2001 Mazda prot?

How much would it cost for the mirror and side attachments? I just got into an accident and I'll have to pay to replace it. Thing snapped right off.

I'm all ready guessing at least 500 dollars. Because those things are damn electronic now.

i got the one on my nissan stanza replaced. it is auto controlled but not heated and it costed about $150 including labour but the mirror came from the autowreckers.

Our old car had the mirror knocked off when my mom swiped out gate... Dealer was asking $350-400 to get it installed. My dad bought the replacement for $120 something... and did it himself.

350-400 O_O!!! God damn. The part itself sells for 120. Heated, electric etc.. You would think it would be no more than an hour of labor.
