How much for a full size boxspring?

I just got a brand new full size mattress as a gift.
I need a box spring.
Anyone have any idea about how much they cost?

You can always make a few slats and maybe a few extra legs for about $10 in lumber/screws. A high end boxspring will run you $200+. A cheap one will be under $100.

cheap ikea frame is an option. also been aware of space considerations/hallways/stairwells when buying a bed. sometimes the mattress will squeeze through a tight spot but a boxspring will not.
