How much extra resources does Vista Ultimate use compared to Premium?

I have no specific need for Ultimate but can get the upgrade for free, but if it uses up too much resources maybe I won't want to. This is for an intel Dual core 1.7ghz / 1GB laptop

All Vista versions other than Basic, or Starter use the same amount of resources. If you can get the upgrade free, then do it :thumbsup:

None that I've noticed at idle. Obviously every program you run is going to eat resources, Ultimate just includes more that you can choose to run.
