3 years ago wasn't that bad. 😉 That's when we got in. But the idea that a 3-bedroom starter house goes for nearly half-a-mil is depressing.

Cars are the same prices around the country aren't they ? 😀

15% - move to Northern Alberta for affordable housing. Expensive around here is $180K 🙂 Let me just say that my place wasn't expensive, so I still have a relatively large amount of disposable income. 🙂
